This apartment house is situated in an ideal urban location (Zurich's District 3) that speaks for itself. With the train station "Giesshübel" the residence practically has its own train station right outside its doors (putting Zurich's main train station just four minutes away), and the major nearby motorways can be accessed easily by car. Guests can also reach the city centre by public transports in 2 minutes only, and the Sihlcity shopping centre is just a few steps away. Grocery stores, boutiques, coffeeshops and variaty of restaurants as well as cinemas can be found there. The river Sihl and the Allmend Brunau offer recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Finally, Zurich Airport is just around 30 minutes away. Each apartment in one of five different interior design concepts is fully furnished & equipped. Additional facilities in the house include laundry facilities (30 washer/dryer) for common use and an underground parking with around 35 spaces. Our guest can use the in house gym and sauna area free of charge on the seventh floor with an beautiful & spectacular view towards the skyline of Zurich and the Mount Uetliberg.
