Also on the ground floor is a W.C. with sink and toilet and a separate store/coat room. There is a flight of stairs leading to the sleeping accommodation at first floor level offering excellent sleeping accommodation in two sumptuous bedrooms (one king and one double), and an immaculate family bathroom with bath and power-shower over. The property accommodates four guests (plus an infant in a cot) extremely comfortably. Through the apartment’s main entrance door from the private courtyard the property opens up into a wonderfully modern 5 star open plan living-dining-kitchen room with french doors leading to the private parking bay.
