Management Accountant

Proactive and detailed daily management of accounts payable ledger & receivable ledger in line with company policy and systems, ensuring that the accounts are always kept up to date in a timely and efficient manner.  The role requires the individual to have an analytical approach to costs incurred in the day to day running of the business and cash flow management.

Assistant Revenue Manager

You will encompass all aspects of Revenue and Reservations; including pricing, demand analysis, yield management, selling strategies, and implementation of sales strategies to maximize rooms’ revenue.

Property Services Coordinator

The primary responsibility will be to carry out all property services function across the Q portfolio in London and ensure that all the administrative work related to the function is completed with extreme efficiency. You will be expected to work closely across all departments within Q Apartments while maintaining relationships with suppliers, landlords and managing agents is essential as well as developing new relationships with external contractors.

Maintenance Assistant

To deal with all aspects of apartment maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, general repairs and decoration. To liaise with the Operations Team to ensure the smooth running of the operation in line with the company guidelines. To complete job sheets and compile reports as required. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall Health and Safety of those properties.
